It has been a pleasure to work with the AdOpsOne team. They have been very patient with the many questions I've asked along the way. In addition, they incorporated my feedback on several occasions in order to improve the service in a way that will benefit me and other publishers.

AdOpsOne changed my perspective on the monetization potential of banner ads on my site. I'm now seeing averagely 124% higher eCPM and revenue. And they did everything with 100% transparency. They're truly a partner I can depend on for anything monetization related — ad units, demand partners, optimization, Google policy compliance and a lot more. The best part is that I get paid directly by all my demand partners, so I’m always in control of my monetization. They're responsive and always ready to help. With my ad operations fully handled by AdOpsOne, I can put more energy towards building more content and traffic on my site.

AdOpsOne introduced us to an effective and scalable way of running our ad ops for direct and programmatic. They are subject matter experts on ad operations — they overhauled our entire ad unit setup in Google Ad Manager (GAM), introduced us to trusted demand partners, and constantly monitored and updated our floor prices on SSPs and exchanges. We today operate at close to 100% fill rates and much higher eCPMs. They also help us keep up with the changes in the ecosystem (like Core Web Vitals). A friendly team who we can lean on for all our ad operations requirements.

AdOpsOne has made my life simple, I’m glad I decided to work with them. They take care of our entire ad-operations & ad-monetization growth while we concentrate on building great content. I have seen almost 95% improvement on average and have been exposed to multiple micro-products as new streams of revenue. As a CEO, I really appreciate the insights I get from the team and the tech support provided is very reliable and instantly available. All I can say is that the AdOpsOne team is our trusted growth partner!

We finally concluded our quest for the right ad operations partner when we met AdOpsOne. During the initial stage, we were reluctant to go ahead, but they pointed out so many loose ends which did help us figure out areas of improvement and increase our revenue. Then we finally onboarded them in September 2020, and since then we’ve seen a 200% improvement in our eCPM every month compared to the same month in the previous year. The results are consistent and right on track, which shows that they know what they are doing. We are really very happy with the results and a special big thanks to their team!

Frequently Asked Questions

AdOpsOne provides two broad layers of professional services support – technical and operational support.

Technical support involves performing a complete website audit to ensure that existing and future ad placements comply with crucial Google requirements such as Core Web Vitals (CWVs), setting up GAM, liaising with existing prebid partners, and other technical tasks.

Operational support involves drawing a roadmap for ad revenue enhancement and taking over the day-to-day tasks of campaign management and ad unit optimization, such as continuously monitoring and adjusting UPRs for all ad units across pages of a publisher’s domains.

We provide publishers access to our exclusive AdOpsOne Dashboard so that they have complete transparency into their ad ops. This ensures that publishers know what changes are being made on their GAM, how much revenue is being made by each demand partner across different ad units, which ad campaigns are running, and so on.

Yes and you should! Publishers have full freedom to work with their own demand partners and ad servers. Our job as the publisher’s digital ad operations team is to onboard whichever demand partner and ad server they choose to work with and make sure they are mapped accurately in the setup strategy we design.

We can also bring in more high-performing demand partners, which publishers may not have worked with in the past.

As specialists in the ad tech space, we have over 15 years of experience in handling online advertising operations for a variety of clients. We bring speed, efficiency, and expertise to a publisher’s ad ops functions.

In addition to this, we also provide dedicated account and operations managers to each client. These managers handle every aspect of the publisher’s online ad operations, right from day one. In short, we act as the publisher’s own in-house ad operations team.

Our parent company, Affinity Global Inc., is a Google Certified Publishing Partner, and this helps us integrate with a host of different products to give our publishers a number of holistic solutions. Our experience in handling online ads cuts across ad types and formats, from display to video ads and everything in between.

We also have deep linkages with the online advertising industry, having relationships with a large pool of demand partners and ad exchanges that publishers can benefit from.
